When speaking with customers who have made the move they have all said other than of course money the biggest concern about moving to a digital solution was the new hardware, where to buy it from, who would set it up and more importantly what happens if something goes wrong.
At E & S Homecare we work with care home software providers to cover the parts of the process a lot of cares homes aren't generally set up for. Our customers can expect:-
- Handsets which are fully setup prior to arriving at the care home, including any software added
- Fully protected hardware with covers and extra screen covers for added protection
- Needed accessories such as bags, holsters or lanyards to hold the devices
- Charging docks for convenient one location charging for the devices
- Free next business day swap out of faulty devices regardless of the fault*
- Dedicated account manager for ongoing support.
We can source virtually any device however as a good example most handheld solutions with us cost £9.83 per device per month.

*all devices will be swapped out on next business day however if the fault is user damage then a fixed fee may apply, all warranty issues are free of charge.
